5.1 Payment Methods

CATS OF ATLAS does not have access to donors’ full banking details.

5.2 Voluntary Nature of Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions made without direct consideration.

In accordance with regulations applicable to French non-profit associations (loi 1901), no refund will be issued except in the case of a proven payment error.

5.3 Tax Receipts and Tax Reduction (France)

If the association meets the conditions set out in Articles 200 and 238 bis of the French General Tax Code:

  • Individual donors are eligible for a 66% income tax reduction of the donated amount, up to 20% of taxable income.
  • Companies may benefit from a 60% tax reduction of the donation amount, within the legal limits.

A tax receipt may be issued upon request or automatically if the system allows.

Donors are responsible for verifying their eligibility with the relevant tax authorities.

The data collected (first name, last name, email, address, donation amount) is used exclusively for:

  • processing donations,
  • issuing tax receipts,
  • communication related to the association’s activities.
